Terms & Conditions

Cancellations up to 48 hours from your booking can be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations between 48 and 24 hours of your booking will incur a 50% session fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking will incur a full charge.
Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
Due to the nature of my work I may sometimes need to change my schedule at short notice. This will always be communicated with as much notice as possible. In the event of this happening, you will have a choice to either reschedule the lesson, add it on to a set of lessons (in the case of group bookings) or receive a full refund.
